The party was well attended by friends from the film industry, but it was Trisha who stole the limelight. The Dammu actress was so excited about the bash that she tweeted: 'Prabu Deva as always put up 1 of his best shows. My all time fav. N he hosted a yummy dinner fr his day. Was good catchn up wit everyone.' Sources at the party generated wicked whispers about how Trisha was being super friendly with the birthday boy. When questioned in an interview about her relationship with the director, she said that she was a close friend of the choreographer. 'I was the heroine in both of his Telugu films. Right from that time, we've been very close friends. We will obviously talk intimately whenever we got the opportunity to meet.' She starred in Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana and Pournami, both directed by Prabhu Deva. Does that mean that Prabhu has officially closed the Nayanthara chapter and is getting on with life with Trisha as his new 'best friend'?
