Beautiful and talented actress Asin was once the leading heroine in South Cinema. She has taken the number one throne in Tamil cinema and starred opposite all the top heroes of Telugu film industry. While her career is booming, Asin chose to step in Bollywood. She got a grand entry in Hindi films with Ghajini.
Later she has fumbled a bit and recovered with a string of commercial hits. However, Asin didn't get credit for the success of those films. Her role in those films was just a glam doll and hence the actress didn't leave any mark of her own despite delivering a row of hits. Right now she don't have single movie on her hand.
Asin is not getting any offers from South cinema and opportunities almost dried up in Bollywood. Asin says that she has taken a break from the monotonous movies. But the fact is she is not being offered any. Not just Asin, every actress that goes to test Bollywood waters are finally ending up in this way. Not everybody can be Sridevi!
